Why do I need to re-register?
Healthfirst is committed to continually improving your member experience. That’s why we’ve launched a new and improved Healthfirst portal.
As part of this launch the credentials you used in the past will no longer work and you must re-register your secure Healthfirst account.
What if I don’t re-register?
If you do not re-register after the new member portal is launched, you will not be able to access your secure Healthfirst account.
To which vendors/partners can I directly connect?
Initially you will be able to directly connect to CVS, Teladoc, and Davis Vision. Other vendors will be added soon and we’ll let you know when they are.
How can I link my child’s account to mine?
This is not possible yet. But new features, including the ability to link accounts of your family members, are coming soon. We’ll let you know when you are able to link accounts
How can I pay my premium?
Premium payments can be made online through your secure Healthfirst account. You can also pay our premium via mail, phone, or in person at one of our community offices.
